NEXT THURSDAY, SEPT. 20 is 3rd Thursday! 
September's 3rd Thursday is the last of the season and it's the annual Walk a Mile fundraiser for the Elizabeth Freeman Center! The walk kicks off at 6 p.m. from the Persip Park Stage. 
 
The Dance Zone with Jacob's Pillow, located in front of St Joseph's Church, will feature pop-up performances by Adam H. Weinert, Cantarella School of Dance, and Berkshire Salsa. Rock On takes to the Mainstage following the walk, at 6:30 p.m. The Lichtenstein will have IS183 Art School's Art and Sole exhibit open for viewing. 

 
MUSIC & NIGHTLIFE

Fleetwood Macked has been hailed as the most authentic Fleetwood Mac tribute band in the U.S. All of its members of are professional touring rock musicians, which adds to the authenticity of its sound. Featuring Fleetwood Mac hits from the 1970s through today, the performance will transport audiences to another time and place, with costume changes, dialogue and video backdrops. 8 p.m. $22-$42.

Cantarella School of Dance (116 Fenn Street) will host auditions for the Albany Berkshire Ballet's 2018 Northeast tour of The Nutcracker, running Nov. 24 through Dec.15. Audition times are as follows: ages 4-5 at 10 a.m., ages 6-8 at 11 a.m., ages 9-11 at 1 p.m. & ages 12 and older at 3 p.m.

On Friday mornings in September, Mass Audubon will offer FREE birding at Canoe Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary, located on Holmes Road. The sanctuary offers protected landscapes to observe and study birds with the help of experienced and knowledgeable leaders. Bird walks are targeted toward adults, but interested young birders are always welcome. Bring binoculars or call ahead to reserve a pair. No registration required. 8 a.m.

Under the Tree (Undir trénu) follows a man accused of adultery by his wife and forced to move in with his parents. While he fights for custody of his four-year-old daughter, he is gradually sucked into a dispute between his parents and their neighbors over a beautiful old tree. What's Showing at The Licht
Pittsfield's city-owned community arts center, the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts, features nine working artist studios, a ceramics studio, a community room and an art gallery with changing exhibitions, classes, performances and more!

The Lichtenstein Center for the Arts will feature Art and Solean exhibit of IS183 Art School faculty and student designed, altered and artfully enhanced shoes held in conjunction with the Elizabeth Freeman Center's Walk a Mile event. All proceeds from the show will benefit the Elizabeth Freeman Center and IS183 Art School's Learning Through Arts Program to help support women and families.
