PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Berkshire County Arc has hired Katrina Cardillo as new director of marketing and development.
In this role she will oversee the marketing strategy, public relations and fundraising efforts for the agency.
A Berkshire native, Cardillo is very involved in the community with seats on various boards and committees, including as a student mentor at Pittsfield High School,as a member of MCLA’s Graduate Program Advisory board as a program alumni, and vice president of membership for the Berkshire Business and Professional Women.
Cardillo has an extensive background in marketing, starting in the automotive industry executing tradeshows across the country and expanding into the local nonprofit sector over the past few years.

Founded in 1954, Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization providing a broad range of community-based services to 650 individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.
