WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Derek Paris scored 14 points, and Oscar Low added eight to lead the Greylock seventh- and eighth-grade boys travel basketball team to a 51-41 win over Lee last weekend.
Thomas Martin and Oliver Kocsis each scored seven in the win.
"We had a great team effort with nine of our 11 players scoring points," Greylock coach Rick Paris said. "We have lots of room for improvement, but it's a good beginning."
Lucas Bombardier and Evan Heath scored nine apiece for Lee.
Greylock plays a double-header against the two Boys & Girls Club squads this weekend.
Girls
Mia Filiault scored 18 points to lead Donut Man to a 20-18 win over the Adams Lions in third- and fourth-grade league action.
In the other Grade 3/4 game, Adams Community Bank topped iBerkshires.com, 8-6.
In the girls Grade 5/6 league, Mountain One defeated Southwestern Vermont Healthcare, 16-10, and Goff's defeated Ramblewild, 12-0.
