WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Colby Cretella scored one minute into overtime Thursday to give the Williams College men's hockey team a 5-4 win over Middlebury on Thursday night.

 

After scoring three consecutive goals in the third period, the Ephs (16-4-1, 12-2-1 NESCAC) gave themselves the opportunity to play extra minutes, and sophomore Colby Cretella ultimately scored the game deciding goal. 

 

Williams outshot Middlebury (6-9-6, 5-4-6) by a margin of 50-30.

 

The teams meet again in Middlebury on Friday night.
