Eldon Lionel LaDouceur Sr

Eldon Lionel LaDouceur Sr., 70, of 13109 North 24th Ave., Phoenix, died Thursday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on March 12, 1934, son of Joseph LaDouceur II and Hazel Amlaw LaDouceur, he attended local schools.
He had served in the National Guard.
A journeyman electrician, Mr. LaDouceur was employed by Phair Electric for 30 years. He also had worked as a troubleshooter for Wilson Electric, and had been employed at GE and Bear Swamp at one time.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He and his wife, the former Rosemarie Kohlenberger, were married Sept. 7, 1953.
Besides his wife, he leaves three sons, Richard J. LaDouceur, Eldon L. LaDouceur Jr. and Craig A. LaDouceur, all of Pittsfield; two daughters, Donna Gooley and Bonnie Cole, both of Glendale, Ariz., 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Eldon Lionel LaDouceur Sr., who died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2004, will be private. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
