PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Police are offering a reward for anyone with information that can lead to the arrest and conviction of two people who robbed Angelina's Sub Shop on West Housatonic Street.
Police say on Monday night at approximately 7:25 p.m. two suspects armed with knives and wearing dark marks and dark clothing robbed the employees at the shop. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot and despite a K9 tracking the suspects for a short distance, Police were unable to make an arrest.
Police said the robbery was "violent in nature" but none of the employees were injured during the robbery. Anyone with information are asked to contact the Pittsfield Police Department at 448-9700 and a reward is available for information.
