Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Tuesday, February 17.
Brian McAddo, 36, of Adams pleaded guilty to three counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and a single count of wanton destruction of property.
He was given a suspended two and a half year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction. He was also placed on two years probation and ordered to pay $5,000 restitution.
McAdoo sold copper that belong to Iberdrola Renewables between September 28, 2013 and October 7, 2013.
