Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Wednesday, January 28.
 
Charles Daniels Jr., 30, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a loaded firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, armed career felon, resisting arrest, possession of heroin, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended licenses, disorderly conduct, and failing to stop for a police officer.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $20,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on January 1, 2015.
 
Nathaniel Davis, 31, of Dalton had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three counts of burning personal property, and a single count of burning a building.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,000 bail. Davis is accused of setting the contents of three dumpsters, one of which caused damage to a Dalton building, on fire. The incidents occurred on October 26, 2014, November 1, 2014, and November 2, 2014.
 
Jeffrey Renzi, 40, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin - his second offense - and single counts of drug violation in a park zone and resisting arrest.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $10,000 cash or $100,000 surety bail. The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on December 31, 2014.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Thursday, January 29.
 
Harry Young III, 43, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a firearm, two counts of illegal ownership of a firearm, two counts of possession of ammunition without a firearm identification car, two counts of improper storage of a firearm, and a single count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute - his second offense.
 
He was released on $5,000 bail pending sentencing. The charges stem from an execution of a search warrant at Young's Linden Street home on June 20, 2013.
 
Mark Bednarz, 48, of Adams pleaded guilty to four counts of receiving stolen property over $250, and a single count of wanton destruction of property. 
 
He was ordered to serve two to five years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the receiving stolen property charges. He was given concurrent time at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the other.
 
Bednarz sold copper that belonged to Iberdrola Renewables between October 12, 2013 and November 8, 2013.

Tiffany Bednarz, 26, of Adams pleaded guilty to a single count of receiving stolen property over $250.
 
The case was continued without a finding for one year. Bednarz allegedly sold copper that belong to Iberdrola Renewables on November 8, 2013.
