NORTH ADAMS Mass - iBerkshires.com defeats Consgli in the North Adams Babe Ruth championship on Thursday night 9-5.
iBerkshires.com got on the board first with three runs in the bottom of the first inning. Jessie DiLego had a big two run single to get things started. After a quiet second inning Consigli tied it with three runs in the top of the third. Brandon Condon singled and later in the inning Rob Buffis singled, knocking in thier first run. Adam Dufour followed with a two run single to tie the game at three.

NORTH ADAMS, Mass —The Pittsfield Babe Ruth 15-year-old All Star team beat North Adams to complete a Berkshire County District Tournament sweep for the city as the 13 and 14 year old teams both defeated North Adams in their respected age groups on Friday and Sunday. The 15-year-old Pittsfield team fell behind North Adams by a run in the second inning but answered back with two runs of their own in the third to take a lead, followed by three runs in the fourth and an insurance run in the fifth to put away North Adams, 6-2.

The 15 Year Old Babe Ruth All Star Tournament started Thursday night with North Adams defeating Adams at Joe Wolf Field 6-5. Ian Brink pitched five innings and recorded six strike outs to pick up the win. He also helped himself by driving in two runs with a single. Dan Flynn also had a single and scored two runs.
For Adams Eric Sneizek pitched six innings with three strike outs, but took the loss. Zach Wright had three hits for Adams including a double, and Mike Koperniak recorded two hits, one being a double and a run scored.
